With more than 5,800 offices located within 15 miles of 90 percent of the U.S. population, Enterprise Rent-A-Car offers a wide variety of car leasing, vanpooling, car sharing and hourly rental programs – and local car rental customers are picked up at no extra cost.
We are committed to doing things the right way: taking care of our customers, our employees and the communities we serve. It’s what we call “The Enterprise Way,” and it has been the foundation for our growth and success for more than five decades.
Enterprise pioneered the replacement rental business in the 1960s. Since then we have invested hundreds of millions of dollars in technology to better serve our partners in the insurance, body shop and dealership segments. For example, our patented Automated Rental Management System (ARMS®) streamlines the rental reservation process for insurance companies, body shops, and dealerships, allowing them to serve their customers better.
Widely recognized as an employer of choice hiring more than 10,000 college graduates each year, Enterprise has been repeatedly named a “Best Place to Launch a Career” by BusinessWeek Magazine and a "Top Employer for Women" by The Times.
Enterprise is a proud sponsor of the NCAA and the National Hockey League.
Airbus is a global leader in aerospace, offering the most comprehensive range of passenger airliners and civil and military rotorcraft. As well as having strong capabilities in military aircraft and cyber security, Airbus is also Europe’s number one space enterprise.
Graduates at Airbus can take their first steps towards building a big career. Over the course of their programme, they can explore the breadth of the business through a series of rotational placements – allowing them to build the knowledge, experience and understanding needed to progress within the organisation.
Airbus’ UK graduate programme is both structured and flexible. Why? Because Airbus is a strong believer in career mobility, as it allows the organisation and its people to move forward. So placements are tailored to suit each graduate’s needs, as well as those of the business, encouraging individuals to take control of their own career. Add to that outstanding training and development, a comprehensive induction, various technical and business modules, and graduates have everything they need to succeed in either commercial aircraft or defence and space. While the majority of roles are engineering-based, Airbus also recruits people with degrees in everything from Materials Sciences and IT to Business and Finance.
Airbus’ placements last between two and three years and are designed to accelerate learning development – helping graduates to discover new career paths and open their mind to the company’s possibilities.
What’s more, working alongside passionate and determined people, graduates will help to accomplish the extraordinary – on the ground, in the sky and in space.

The NHS was launched in 1948.
It was born out of a long-held ideal that good healthcare should be available to all, regardless of wealth – one of the NHS's core principles. With the exception of some charges, such as prescriptions, optical services and dental services, the NHS in England remains free at the point of use for all UK residents. This currently stands at more than 64.6 million people in the UK and 54.3 million people in England alone.
The NHS in England deals with over 1 million patients every 36 hours. It covers everything, including antenatal screening, routine screenings (such as the NHS Health Check), treatments for long-term conditions, transplants, emergency treatment and end-of-life care.
Responsibility for healthcare in Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales is devolved to the Northern Ireland Assembly, the Scottish Government and the Welsh Assembly Government respectively.
The NHS employs more than 1.5 million people, putting it in the top five of the world’s largest workforces, together with the US Department of Defence, McDonalds, Walmart and the Chinese People’s Liberation Army.
The NHS in England is the biggest part of the system by far, catering to a population of 54.3 million and employing around 1.2 million people. Of those, the clinically qualified staff include 150,273 doctors, 40,584 general practitioners (GPs), 314,966 nurses and health visitors, 18,862 ambulance staff, and 111,127 hospital and community health service (HCHS) medical and dental staff.
