Who are Experian?
Who are Experian? You've probably heard of us.
We've been in financial services a long time and we're trusted.
Yes, we're a big company - with big ambitions. We are investing in data, technology and insight to drive our business, at any scale, now and in the future.
We unlock the power of data to create opportunities for consumers, businesses and society. At life's big moments - from buying a home or car, to sending a child to college, to growing a business exponentially by connecting it with new customers - we empower consumers and our clients to manage their data with confidence so they can maximise every opportunity.
Still with me? If we sound like the type of organisation you might like to work for, we currently have an opportunity for a Telemarketing Executive to join our Marketing team based in London (SE1 8EZ).
What is the Telemarketing Executive responsible for?
Our team is responsible for helping organisations and customers value eachother. As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for leading successful and effective inbound and outbound sales campaigns. In particular, you can expect to be responsible for the following:

* Positioning the benefits of Experian products (Pandora and Aperture), whilst having clear understanding of industry trends, distribution channels and commercial operations
* Providing exceptional customer service by following up and supporting all inbound enquiries relating to Experian products, generated from marketing activity
* Passing qualified opportunities to the right salespeople, where you will monitor pipeline, and revenue generated
* Provide support to the Marketing Manager: inputting to campaigns, supporting events and User community attendance through targeted pre and post call programs, building data pools for targeted programs
* Work alongside the wider Sales, Support, Business Operations and Marketing departments of Experian globally, as required
* Maintaining contact with leads not immediately qualified to turn them into sales opportunities over time
* Acquiring new contacts within organisations to increase the marketing contact base
* Liaising with sales teams to ensure timely follow up of qualified opportunities whilst reporting back to marketing on the pipeline that you have built
* Managing and improving data quality for prospect and customer contacts within the existing database
* Actively contribute to a culture where the fair treatment of customers is at the heart of the Experian business. Take personal responsibility to ensure that you adhere to all regulatory requirements and apply appropriate controls in the interests of our customers
