We have a vacancy which would suit someone looking to start or progress their career in first and second line IT helpdesk support. The role, known internally as “IS Consultant” is responsible for providing first and second line IT support, via a help/service desk to the 300 staff at Esri UK. You will work as part of the Information Solution (IS) team of 11 staff and be based in the Esri UK headquarters in Aylesbury. We are looking for a someone ideally with at least 1 year of experience. To be considered for the role, you must be able to demonstrate experience working as a desktop Support Analyst / Service Desk Analyst / IT Support Analyst etc in a similar sized organisation with experience in the following areas:

• Windows 10
• Active Directory
• Office 365
• Exchange
• Desktop, laptop and mobile device setup, configuration and support
• Server and desktop patching

The role would potentially suit a Junior / Graduate IT Support professional who is looking to progress their career.

Responsibilities
• Support users face to face and remotely via Skype for Business
• Ensure all calls to the service desk are logged and responded to within pre-set service levels
