carwow is looking for a Customer Champion to join the UK’s number one online car buying platform at our central London office, starting May 2018.

The role

  • Joining our customer experience department you will be our voice in communicating with thousands of car buyers - on the phone, by e-mail, live chat and on social media.
  • Ensuring carwow offers the best car buying service experience, you will measure your success in positive customer reviews.
  • Thanks to you, our FAQs will always be up to date, pleasing to the eye and error free.
  • Organising the topic of customer service holistically and introducing processes to keep pace with our growth.
  • Working closely with the product team, you will develop customer-focused solutions to all sorts of problems.
  • Note: we can accommodate flexible hours within this role to suit the right candidate.

REQUIREMENTS

  • You are friendly and a natural communicator, using your personality to provide the best customer experience.
  • You have the ability to problem solve autonomously, utilising everything at your disposal to find the best solution.
  • You have an interest in the automotive industry and can easily describe complex facts in a manageable format.
  • Your spoken and written English are both excellent.
  • Your world is digital - you have a high affinity for digital business models, you challenge the status quo and want to learn every single day.
  • Experiences with ticket management tools like Zendesk and rating platforms like Trustpilot are desirable.
  • Experience in digital customer service is a plus, but not necessary.

Salary range: 21-24k dependent on experience
