We are now looking to appoint a member of staff to join our Southport or Llandudno Branch as a Branch Coordinator (Back Office Support), 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic company.
The purpose of the job is to make a significant contribution to delivering maximum profit by effective and efficient diary management. Other elements of the role when covering front of house will be to provide exceptional customer care, maximise sales of accessories and care plans and ensure there is a a well presented branch, consistent with a premium brand.
Ideally you will have had experience working in a role where you have influenced and motivated customers and worked towards targets to contribute to the success of the business. You will also need to have extensive experience in diary management and administration to ensure smooth running of the branch. You will be competent with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and be able to pick up in house systems.
You will need to be confident, organised and have excellent inter-personal skills as well as a drive and desire to provide outstanding customer service and be results orientated. This position also requires someone who can use their initiative when challenging situations arise whilst also following a logical and systematic approach.
