EduStaff are currently working with an outstanding Primary School in Greenwich are who eagerly seeking a recent graduate to take on the position of an KS2 Teaching Assistant Teaching Assistant in the next few weeks.
The KS2 Teaching Assistant position will be...
A 2:1-degree holder
- Have a minimum of a C and above in your core subject GCSE’s
- Possess a passion and confidence in supporting children with the KS2 curriculum (ideally through prior experience)
-Have worked in an education-based environment (voluntary or paid)
The role of KS2 Teaching Assistant will involve...
Working both in and outside of the classroom with KS2 Teaching Assistant pupils (Year 5 & 6)
- Lead small group sessions with lower-ability pupils
- Work 1:1 with Key pupils across the year group
- Ensure the general smooth running of the classroom environment
This is a full-time KS2 Teaching Assistant position based in Greenwich. The working hours are between 8:30 and 4 pm which will be negotiated by the school upon being appointed.
