We are looking for a Graduate Customer Technical Support to join their collaborative and dynamic team. This role requires a strong balance of both technical and customer support skills. You will be resonsible for providing customers with a world-class servicd and technical support. You will act as a point of contact for the customers and engineers to achieve positive and creative outcomes.

Responsibilities - Graduate Customer Technical Support

    • Support software deployments after installation
    • Handle calls and emails from customers, ensuring prompt acknowledgement of issues and provide regular updates
    • Assist with technical diagnosis of issues and resolve problems
    • Work with engineers and software testers to ensure issues are resolved and fixes deployed

Qualifications - Graduate Customer Technical Support

    • Experience with Linux and cloud environments (Azure or AWS)
    • Experience with 1 of more programming languages (Java or Python preferred)
    • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
    • Ability to communicate well both internally and externally with customers
    • Proven experience within a customer service role
    • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritise appropriately
    • Degree in a science or numerate discipline
