CityUnscripted connects curious travellers with expert Hosts in 35 cities around the world. Our Hosts are passionate about their city and love to show travellers their favourite places and neighbourhoods. All of our experiences are private and personalised and our Hosts are responsible for making sure guests enjoy their city in an authentic, relaxed and spontaneous way.
As a CityUnscripted Host Coordinator, you will be responsible for all aspects of our Hosts, their journey and work with CityUnscripted. From the initial recruitment stage through to training and support, you will be supporting our Hosts across the 35 cities in a variety of different ways. The support you provide is essential to ensure every CityUnscripted Host is a glowing example of our core values and delivers the high quality service expected of our guests.

The Role:
• Recruit and interview new Hosts in our 35+ cities and in the new cities launching in 2019 and beyond
• Provide training and support to all our Hosts in terms of planning of itineraries and delivering the CityUnscripted message
• Work with the Experience Planning team to ensure they have all the information needed to assign the correct Host for each experience
• Reply to Hosts' questions and help them in challenging situations
• Review Host’s feedback and performance
• Maintain an engaging Host community across our cities

The Ideal Person:
Knowledge & Experience:
• Bachelor degree or higher (recent graduates are welcome)
• 1+ years’ Experience in a customer service role
• Excellent written and spoken English with exemplary communication skills
• Additional language knowledge preferred
Computer Skills Required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook)
Skills & Aptitude:
• Desire to become an integral part of our company and make their mark within the team
• Well-travelled with a true passion for travel
• A curious and creative problem-solver (We value intelligence and inquisitiveness over experience).
• Great interpersonal skills and the enthusiasm to build excellent authentic relationships with everyone in the company
• Willingness to take on challenges
• Strong time management skills
