Your responsibilities will be dependent on which section of the Human Resources Department you will work in. These include:

  • Managing trainee schemes
  • Graduate and placement recruitment
  • Managing contracts and services
  • Talent management
  • Projects, strategy and planning

What we are looking for

  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven thinker
  • Excellent communication and team working skills
  • Creative and forward thinking
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced organisation
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Geographically mobile


Must have or are expected to gain at least a 2:1 in an HR or business degree
