Community Nursing - South Warwickshire AreaBank Only
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Band 5 Community Nurses to work within our community teams based in South Warwickshire on the Bank. This includes Stratford, Warwick, Leamington, Kenilworth and other surrounding areas.

They are developing ground breaking new services designed to help patients better manage their own conditions, stay out of hospital and use the latest systems and technology to provide the most efficient and effective health care possible. We have grown considerably in our community teams over the past few years and we need excellent people to continue our journey of innovation and development.
Lots of our patients have long term conditions and complex health needs. Working with us you could gain skills in a number of areas ranging from wound care management, catheter care, rehabilitation, IV therapies and end of life care.
The service operates from 8.00am until midnight. Applicants will also be expected to work weekends and Bank holidays on a rota basis.
To be successful in our community teams you will need to be able to demonstrate how your excellent clinical skills are delivered through behaviour which meets our core values.
Ideally you will have experience of working in a community setting however, if you don’t have this experience but really want to work in the community we still want to hear from you.
Working in the community means you need to be flexible and able to travel.
Bank WorkTo be part of our Bank team you will need to be a registered nurse with a valid NMC number. We will want to see that you are a reliable, enthusiastic and a self-motivated individual. We will also need you to have excellent communication skills and be adaptable to changing situations. Bank staff will be able to work a variety of shift types, sometimes at short notice. We offer:
