Description
Innovation Enterprise is a cutting-edge live events and digital media based in the City of London. An excellent opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, analytical and passionate candidate to join us as an Audience acquisition & Marketing Intern for the next 3 to 6 months. You'll support the marketing team with research and delegate acquisition for a variety of events and projects. You’ll be responsible for identifying potential delegates to a number of events and supporting marketing on the recruitment. The role will require effective prioritisation of tasks and the ability to manage a varied workload. You’ll be communicating directly with clients and potential delegates via Linkedin and other social media platforms, so you’ll need good communication skills and understanding of social media and digital marketing. Other tasks will involve increasing traffic to our website with Google PPC campaigns, Digital advertising, Email campaign, Social Media Optimisation (SMO) and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).
Ideal for a fresh graduate or college leaver with sound theoretical knowledge, this is a great opportunity to gain comprehensive practical exposure, learn and contribute to digital marketing campaigns from start to finish along with marketing strategy planning and implementation.
You'll be working closely with the marketing team but will also have the opportunity to work with other teams from across the organisation, in order to effectively deliver projects.

You'll Have
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• An understanding of social media platforms.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using different digital tools
• Social media management knowledge (Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram)
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail
• Resourceful with good research skills
• Highly organised and able to meet deadlines
• Genuine passion for marketing and communication and keen to learn more
• Desired - Strong education background – Degree in Marketing related subjects or A Level with experience in Digital Marketing
• Desired - Google PPC, Analytics
• Desired - Proofreading, editorial and copywriting skills
• Desired - Creative design
