Support the development of the single largest flood risk management programme in the country, reducing flood risk to London and the Thames Estuary for the next 10 years, and have a hand in transforming tomorrow.

As the Assistant Project Manager (Flood Risk), on TEAM 2100, you will have the chance to be part of the Environment Agency’s 10-year programme to refurbish and replace tidal flood defences in London and the Thames estuary. Working with other members of our team, you’ll support the management and delivery of projects across the TEAM2100 Major Barrier programme from initial feasibility through to detailed design, and onsite delivery. With future opportunities to lead and take responsibility for project delivery. During your time with us, you will also have the opportunity to work as an Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of several projects within the major barrier team; this includes the overall coordination and production of multi-disciplinary appraisals and designs, and the delivery of the identified solutions on site and preparing and supporting tender/ outline/ detailed design solutions in accordance with programme and budget constraints.
