Based in Covent Garden, the team is made up of digital designers, marketers and business experts who work together to create, design and innovate. We are looking for passionate, hard-working individuals to join the team.
We are looking for a Marketing and Operations Assistant to manage our customer relations, assist with the daily operations of the platform, create and execute a customer engagement and social media strategy, as well as ensure that all customers receive the optimal experience in line with the brand. You should be eager to learn, a team player, have a passion for mobile games and emerging technologies, as well as having great self-starting abilities.
Develop and execute a social media strategy across multiple channels.
Assist in creating an effective customer engagement strategy using push notifications, in-app messages, and email.
Collect and respond to customer feedback and app store reviews.
Assist with the daily operations of the platform from paying out customers, generating weekly reports and analysing
Writing content for press releases, social media, copywriting, advertising and the website.
Creating FAQs and writing game rules.
Researching and keeping up to date with industry news, best practices and emerging technologies.
Maintain, create and establish processes and procedures.
Generating new ideas to encourage further engagement, improve player retention and session time.
Excellent writing and communications skills.
Experience using Microsoft Excel (basic knowledge of pivot tables, formulas, and conditional formatting a plus)
Basic analytical abilities and being able to draw and present qualitative conclusions from quantitive data.
Proactive and energetic approach to marketing and new technology
Ability to work both independently and as a team.
Self-starter who can take initiative and come up with solutions, ideas, and suggestions for the platform.
Outgoing and social.
