Graduate Recruitment Consultant


£19,500 - £22,500 + Commission + Bonus

Our clients is a recently founded recruitment firm looking to expand the business by hiring recent graduates as recruitment consultants. They focus on technology market and are looking for tech-savvy and ambitious grads to join their team.

Graduate recruitment consultants with our client will receive some of the very best hands-on training from the directors of the company. Graduate consultants will also be mentored by senior consultants to ensure you will be given the advice and guidance to help you become a successful consultant.

Our clients offers their graduate recruitment consultants great incentives and rewards, such as:

The role of a graduate recruitment consultant with our client is a 360 role, this mean you will get to handle every deal from start to finish. The responsibilities of a recruitment consultant are:

·Visiting clients to build and develop relationships to develop a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment.

·Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of platforms, for example job boards, newspapers, LinkedIn. As well as using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers.

·Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work and using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy.

·Preparing CV’s, organising interview and providing interview results and feedback.

·Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidates.

A graduate recruitment consultant will be:

·An understanding of recruitment (Simply covered by research into recruitment)

·Excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team

·Great communication skills

·A positive, flexible attitude

·A long term desire to help grow a business and to earn money!
