Locum Consultant in Medical Oncology Breast and Gynaecological Cancers
Full Time: 10 PAs10 months starting as soon as possible
Applications are invited for a locum appointment as a Consultant Oncologist with an interest in Breast at St. George’s University Hospitals Foundation Trust. This is a post to support expanding service requirements and is an exciting opportunity to work as an integral part of a dynamic oncology department within an acute teaching hospital trust. The position attracts 10 PAs per week and is offered for 10 months starting as soon as possible. We would also welcome applications from candidates preferring a less than whole time position.
The successful applicant will join an enthusiastic team of twelve oncologists based at St George’s who together provide the medical oncology services. Applicants should be on the GMC Specialist Register or be within 6 months of achieving Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in Oncology by the time of interview and have experience appropriate to a teaching hospital.

We employ 8,000 staff, have an annual income of c£560m, around 1,100 beds and we serve a population of 1.3 million across south west London.
