We are seeking Project Executives to join our busy teams who are responsible for managing and delivering international research and digital solutions focused on medical experts. These key roles will engage with all aspects of the projects for the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies. A great role for those starting out in Project Management, you’ll gain experience in all areas of our work, from start to finish – all you need to do is pick the team you feel you are most suited to and tell us all about yourself and what you can bring to the team!
System Analytic, a WPP company, helps pharmaceutical teams to identify, manage, and engage their opinion leaders and experts through a variety of market research services and digital tools. That's all we do, and we excel at it. Our clients are the world’s top pharmaceutical companies.
Due to our continued success we are looking to grow both our research and digital teams. You will be working in a fast-paced agency environment across multiple projects but sitting within our mapping, medical or digital team.
General responsibilities of a Project Executive at System Analytic:
·Providing outstanding account & project management support to your team across multiple client projects
·Identifying, reporting, escalating and proactively resolving project issues
·Producing error-free project documentation, such as presentations and data sets for clients
·Providing advice, training and support, directly to clients where required.
The Mapping Team – The day to day role of a Project Executive.
You will be part of a supportive team who are focused on delivering exceptional quality qualitative and quantitative research projects to our international clients.
·Communicating with experts to schedule, co-ordinate & manage interviews for our interviewers
·Collating data from interviews
·Proof reading and quality checking data and presentations
·General project administration –assisting with project initiation, processing and analysis of data, creating deliverables for clients
·Compiling research results in Excel and PowerPoint and helping prepare for client presentations
·Conducting bespoke desk research to find experts, institutions, speciality, contact details etc.
The Digital Team – What does a Project Executive get up to?
Supporting the implementation of our innovative digital products:
·Gathering technical requirements and communicating these clearly to other team members
·Supporting the quality assurance and testing of digital developments
·Logging and tracking decisions and assisting with reporting and analytics
·Contributing ideas for creative and technical solutions to problems
·Assisting with the production of briefs for developers
·Managing complex data issues with clients’ accounts
·Becoming a super-user who always has the answer to clients’ queries
·Contributing ideas for how our products can be even more innovative.
The Medical Team – Life as a Medical Project Executive
Supporting our Medical Director, researchers and Medical Project Manger to deliver outstanding quantitative medical projects across diverse therapy areas.
·Assisting and supporting the project management of client medical research projects.
·Undertaking desk research into healthcare professionals and institutions
·Providing QC for our databases and presentations
·Management of medical team trackers
·Supporting the management of our external research teams
·Show understanding of medical terminology and biomedical knowledge from your science background
What you will bring to the table
You will be a graduate with some relevant experience. You will also have:

·A pro-active approach to problem anticipation together with good problem-solving skills
·A good understand of project management principles
·Amazing Excel and PowerPoint skills
·Superb people skills to interact with Global KOLs and clients on a daily basis
