Position Overview

The Recruitment Coordinator will report to the VP of Talent Acquisition, supporting the London office. They will be responsible for recruitment and providing administrative support for the European Talent Acquisition function and as needed across other offices.


Responsibilities included but not limited to:

Coordination Responsibilities

  • Schedule phone screens, virtual and in-person interviews
  • Create and disperse interview materials
  • Coordinate campus hiring and various recruitment events
  • Manage logistics of campus Career Fairs and ambassadors attending campus events
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, candidates and other departments

Recruitment Responsibilities

  • Upon application, screen and qualify candidates to determine suitability against open position requirements and competencies of Third Bridge
  • Conduct phone, virtual and in person interviews

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate Applicant Tracking System
  • Generate reports on specific HR metrics, as needed


A successful candidate will have:

  • One year of experience as a coordinator within Recruitment or Talent Acquisition function
  • Experience conducting resume review, phone screens and/or in person interviews
  • Aptitude to prioritise a high volume, fast changing workflow
  • Self-motivated, organized, detailed-oriented and ability to work independently
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to coordinate and manage successful recruitment events
  • Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Desire to continue experience in Recruiting / Talent Acquisition
  • Experience with Campus recruitment programs is a plus


  • Hold an undergraduate degree
  • Six months or more of experience within Recruitment or Talent Acquisition coordination
  • Fluency in a European language a plus
  • The successful candidate must, by the start of the employment, have permission to work in the UK
