As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide personalised support to pupils for certain elements of the curriculum in small groups or on a one to one basis. The chosen Psychology Graduate will be tasked with guiding SEN pupils through the academic and social elements of school life, monitoring their progress, assisting with individualised activities and reporting to the SENCO. Responsibilities of the successful SEN Teaching Assistant will include liaising with parents and class teachers to ensure delivery of effective SEN provision.
