Trainee Chartered Accountant scheme with the global leader in real estate services.
CBRE is the world’s leading commercial real estate services firm. Our Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) business supports occupier clients, providing a complete set of services to corporate occupiers of commercial real estate across EMEA. GWS is redefining ‘workplace’ because we believe every place of work can become a competitive advantage for our clients.
We know that the way to deliver exceptional service is by recruiting and retaining the very best, and we believe that every one of our employees has a key role to play in our success, so we make sure that we focus on yours.
Over our three year scheme you will gain invaluable experience across the business via a series of rotations which will include placements in our Central Finance teams as well as various client facing roles. We will fund and support you whilst you train for your ACA qualification. In partnership with our training provider, you will receive a study package which includes day release to college, time off for study leave and a mentoring system with our existing graduates.
We’re looking for enthusiastic 2:1/2:2 + masters calibre graduates with a minimum of 280 UCAS points, who are attracted to gaining industry experience and keen to grow with us. You will have the ability to be customer focused, innovative and will be driven and dedicated, just like us.
Be part of something exceptional!
What our graduates say:
"Going through the CBRE ACA scheme is tough, however the reward is certainly worth it. During my time on the scheme I was faced with many challenges both in my day-to-day role as well as during my exam studies, perhaps most challenging being the ability to balance my time. I’ve been lucky to have been assigned to interesting and varied placements coupled with a wealth of support from my fellow graduates and managers. It truly is a unique experience where you can work across the entirety of the business and in doing so hone a plethora of skills. After successfully finishing the CBRE ACA scheme I have developed both personally and professionally and am ready to take on new challenges in my future career in finance."
"I feel the graduate scheme has offered me the opportunity to gain a diverse set of skills which will prepare me well for the rest of my career. These skills derive from the rotation in different departments and gaining exposure to central and client roles, which have expanded my skill set as well as providing varied and challenging work.
Another advantage of working at CBRE is the supportive nature of the managers. They are approachable and willing to listen to any queries that you may have and will work with you to lay the foundation so you can succeed both in exams and in your day to day work.
After completing the scheme and securing my first post qualification role at CBRE, I feel I have the necessary skills to continue my development in order to succeed in my career going forwards. "
