Oxford University Hospitals NHS Trust is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic doctor to join our consultants and teams working in Renal Medicine. We are a busy, progressive, forward thinking hospital, rated 'Good' by the CQC in 2014. Oxford University Hospitals NHS Trust is one of the largest acute teaching trusts in the country. The Renal Unit at the Churchill hospital provides a comprehensive service for dialysis, chronic kidney diseases, and acute kidney injury across the Trust.
This post is accredited for core medical training. Trainees will have access to the JRCPTB ePortfolio and the dedicated teaching programme for Core Medicine. All trainees will have a clinical supervisor with a formal appraisal process to aid career progression. The Renal Unit is very active in audit, quality improvement, research and innovation all of which will be accessible to successful applicants.
Applicants must have full registration and a licence to practise with the General Medical Council at time of application. The applicant must have demonstrable skills in listening, reading, writing and speaking in English. This job is unlikely to attract a certificate of sponsorship.
