Based out of our Warrington (Gemini) office, Schneider Electric has a great opportunity for the right person to join our Buildings team as a Telesales Contract Renewal Specialist with responsibility for our small to mid size service contracts across the UK.

Your Mission:

You will work in partnership with the regional Service Operations Managers to retain and grow our smaller/mid-range service customers for Buildings and increase profitability performance across the UK through a mixture of telephone relationships and targeted email/online campaigns. This dedicated, customer facing role will enhance our customers experience at the crucial contract renewal anniversary as well as promoting additional services to grow the Schneider Electric Service business.
You will report into our Services Director, Kristin and will:
Develop productive and rewarding relationships with the small/ mid-range customers in the UK to grow our business and demonstrate the value of Schneider Electric.
Proactively own, manage and drive the retention & growth of our small and mid-range service customers through personalised customer discussions and securing annual contract orders in a timely manner.
Introduce other SE services with a focus on remote connections to every Schneider Electric customer
Review contract profitability and conduct monthly reviews with the regional Service Operations Managers to ensure accurate pricing and best value to Schneider Electric and our customers
Ensure service contract orders are reviewed and processed in line with Schneider Electric Delegation of Authority
Ensure 100% utilisation of CRM tool to track customer activity
Provide monthly/quarterly and full year forecasts as requested and ensure they are met during each financial period
Work collaboratively with Schneider-Electric EUP and Sales teams to influence and support sales activity within Eco Buildings business as well as promotion of products and opportunities to drive cross business sales opportunities.
Operate within Schneider Electric policies and guidelines to ensure we work in a safe and responsible manner taking a zero-tolerance approach to unsafe behaviour.

About you:

Experience of telesales customer relationship management
Proven track record of success within a service business contract environment
Ability to meet and exceed monthly targets
Excellent IT and networking skills and experience
Experience of using a Customer Relationship Management tool such as SalesForce
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Flexible and self-motivated to succeed in a sales environment
Ability to work in a team and as an individual contributor
Be socially aware, tailoring your approach to your customer base accordingly
