Would you like to gain valuable, first-hand experiences with Secondary Maths students before undertaking your Initial Teacher Training?
We are currently looking for a passionate maths graduate to take on the role of a Maths Teaching Assistant on an immediate basis, at a school based in Faversham.
The role of a Maths Teaching Assistant will involve working on a classroom and individual basis with KS3 and KS4 students on a full-time basis. You will be paid a daily rate of £60-£70 per day on a weekly basis and will work between the hours of 9.00am and 3.00pm.
This highly successful Grammar School are providing the successful Maths Graduate with the opportunity to train and a Maths Teacher from September 2019 after spending the full academic year as a Teaching Assistant.
-Have a Maths degree (2:1 or above) or have a Maths A Level (A*-B grade)
-Be passionate about the subject and feel confident in supporting both low and high ability students
-Be a graduate local to the Faversham area or have a full driving license
-Be willing to train as a Maths Teacher
