~ Seedlip is seeking a talented individual to join a growing team full time, as soon as possible as Logistics Planner within their Global Operations Team.

The Role:

~ Orders: Receive process all orders from our different platforms

~ Customers: Maintain contact with all trade customers who buy directly from Seedlip and manage the orders and collections

~ Finance: Create all sales invoices and purchase orders for customer and suppliers

~ Reporting: Track all trade orders and create monthly reports to the sales team & assisting in their monthly re-forecasting process

~ International: Manage all international export orders & supporting international teams on building export forecasts

~ Supply management:Work closely with logistics partners and freight partners and build relationships with key stakeholders

~ Internal Operations:Supporting our UK office in day-to-day operations

Skills needed:

~ Numerical competency - Comfortable working with numbers & calculations and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel - with a comfort in manipulating data to help draw conclusions and inform decision making

~ Communication - Collaborating with both internal + external teams. Gathering and sharing of important data and information for the benefit both the business & customers. The ideal candidate for the role will feel comfortable talking to all of our customers ranging from smallest retailer in the UK to the biggest distributor in the world in the US

~ Problem solving - Problem-solving & Lateral thinking any issues with the operation. A desire to work in supply chain, dealing with new and unfamiliar challenges

~ Internship or work-experience: within an FMCG, Start-up or SME environment would be valuable but not required
