How is the programme structured?
Your journey as a Risk, Regulation and Compliance Analyst will begin in one of FDM’s training academies in London, Leeds or Glasgow, where you will receive commercially relevant training and the chance to gain industry recognised qualifications, as well as mentoring and support throughout. Our award-winning Graduate Programme provides a wealth of opportunity to gain transferable skills as well as becoming an expert within your field. After successfully completing your training, you will work with one or more of our clients from our impressive list across the UK during the two-year programme.
What will I be doing?
On the Risk, Regulation and Compliance (RRC) Programme, you will receive industry training geared towards financial sectors such as Asset and Wealth Management companies, Investment Banks and Hedge Fund organisations. You will be taught to deal with sensitive information and high profile projects, such as ensuring Money Laundering and Financial Crime risks are minimised within a company. RRC analysts have plenty of scope for career progression within business and operations analysis, project and risk management and specialisms in the regulation/compliance areas, to mention a few.
What we are looking for:
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Ambitious, with a client focused attitude
- A strong leader with both an entrepreneurial and quantitative mind-set
- Degree of 2.2 or higher, preferably within a business discipline
- A fast learner and the ability to work under pressure
- Be geographically flexible throughout the UK to support our clients
