Trainee Recruitment Consultant/Resourcer
We are looking for an ambitious, graduate who would like to develop a career in recruitment and join our agency in Putney. The successful candidate will be extensively trained by Touchstone to a high standard. For someone who genuinely wants to work in the sector, this is a fantastic opportunity.
The Trainee Recruitment Consultant/Resourcer role is to maximise placement revenue (Temp & Perm) through supporting the senior members of the team with various responsibilities outlined below.
Main Objectives of the position...
·Candidate Sourcing & Selection (researching candidates, screening CV's, conducting telephone interviews and registering appropriate applicants)
·Searches, Social Media & Networking (Daily searches on various job boards, management of LinkedIn accounts, Email marketing etc.)
·Management of the applicant process (Effectively matching applicants to jobs in alignment with their career goals, offer industry advice and career guidance )
·Administration & advertising (writing and posting jobs to job boards and reposting/editing advertisements as required)
·Business Planning (effective time management to ensure KPI's are met and targets are achieved)
Key Responsibilities...
·To understand the London recruitment market and our client's recruitment needs (existing and future).
·To attend all jobs update meetings to ensure candidate matches identified.
·To liaise with consultants regarding vacancies, putting forward suitably matched candidates for each vacancy.
·To manage responses and applicants to ensure we get the best results by telephone screening
·To manage searches for specific jobs as necessary, ensuring you are obtaining full job descriptions, person specifications, matching client and applicants' needs and skills.
·Managing and running daily searches on all job boards live & prospective roles
·Managing and administering marketing eg. Refer a friend emails, follow up calls, social media etc.
·When telephone screening ensure applicants are matched to jobs in line with their career goals, requirements and expectations and individual potential
On application, you will be/have...
·Educated to Degree Standard or A level standard
·Experience in an agency ideal, not essential
·Hard working
·Good communication skills (written & verbal)
·Good time management skills
·Ability to self-manage workload & tasks
