The Role: Following a month long structured company induction you will be given a field sales territory to cover. Developing an existing account base you will deal with specialist distributors, installers and house builders. Working to daily targets you will be visiting 4/5 customers daily negotiating and influencing on a face to face basis.
The Company: This organisation is a fantastic place to start your graduate sales career. Reporting into the regional sales manager you will sell a brand of product with 38% market share.
Responsibilities as a Graduate Sales Executive will include:
* Dealing with clients in the construction sector
* Account management
* Lead campaign generation
* Handling technical enquiries
For this Graduate Sales Executive position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
* Educated to degree level
* Good rapport builder
* Organised
* Excellent communication skills
* Target focused
The Package for this Graduate sales role:
* Up to £22,000 basic salary plus £5,00 bonus
