Our client is an international recruitment firm specialising in cyber security and business protection. They place top quality professionals into temporary, contract and permanent positions throughout the UK, Europe and USA. They are looking to hire two hard working and career driven recent graduates to join their team as Researcher Consultants.

Our client offers recent graduates with excellent research skills the chance to work in a close knit team within a friendly and supportive working environment. You will get the freedom to do your own research and present your findings from the start. New Research Consultants will receive hands-on training and guidance from senior consultants to ensure you knowledge and skills to be an effective researcher.

The role of a Research Consultant is to source potential candidates through a variety of methods, from their internal database, LinkedIn and the use of job advertisements. Researchers will also call candidates in order assess their experience, skills and abilities which will require a professional phone manner and great communication skills. You will be a vital part in every placement your team makes and will be rewarded for that. With our client, Research Consultants receive commission for each placement the team makes.

A Research Consultant will need to have:

  • Have an inquisitive nature and the ability to proactively research and ask the right questions to be able to make educated judgements
  • A strong and persuasive nature with an ability to influence
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills to juggle a large number of vacancies a week
  • Ambitious, tenacious with a can do attitude
  • A 2:1 or above degree from a top University
