+ Prepare contracts to clients and suppliers
+ Provide clerical support (enquiries, quotes etc.) using our templates/formats.
+ Update and maintain databases and reports
+ Ensure all paperwork is processed efficiently and accurately to a high standard first time, on time, every time
+ Answer the telephone and respond to ensure a prompt answer to queries and requests for information
+ Support management during meetings (meet & greet / refreshments / minutes)
+ Maintain office supplies
+ Proficient in using MS Office Most importantly - About you:
+ Previous office based experience
+ World-class customer care ethos....do the right things for the right reasons and your customers will promote your business for you
+ Smart and professional business manner....people buy people and your impression has to be lasting
+ Excellent organisational and time management skills..... no compromises on this, you must be super-organised to be an achiever Strong eye for detail.....we (and our customers) are very particular so don’t underestimate this skill.
+ Excellent Communicator (written & oral)....we will fine tune this if need be but we expect a high base level to start with.
+ Continuous improvement philosophy.... if you don't change when things are changing around you, people will go past you
+ Open Mind....we will teach you new & unconventional ways of achieving. You just need an ‘open mind’ to receive the training
+ Natural problem-solving skills.....understanding the ‘real’ problem and finding solutions for the short, medium and the infinite term
+ High stamina to effectively operate in a fast environment and manage multiple projects..... we work fast and intensely, you will need the energy to keep up. Bonus Skills:
+ Fluent in another European language
+ Working experience in a hotel or the travel industry
