Radius Payment Solutions, a leading global fleet management company, are looking for our next intake of ambitious graduates to join our Graduate Commercial Leadership Programme to start in summer 2019. This role will be based at our global headquarters in Crewe however, there will be a requirement to spend up to 3 months working in our Sales offices in either York or Ipswich.

The aim of the Programme is to have a strong pool of talent across the business that will become the Company’s future leaders in Sales and Account Management.

What will you be doing?
The UK Commercial Leadership Programme will be conducted and delivered across a 12-month period. The successful candidate would be expected to spend a minimum of 3 months in each department listed below and be willing to work in three of our UK offices – Crewe, York and Ipswich.

1. Sales
2. Customer Service
3. Account Management
4. Commercial / Pricing

Successful applicants will gain a good knowledge of the functionality of each department they visit as part of the rotational scheme. This will include all aspects from spending time on the phone in Sales and working to targets, to supervising teams and delivering inductions for new team members. You will also gain technical understanding and line management experience, all whilst gaining a broad view of the inter-relationship of the departments and their value to the business.

Following the 12-month programme there will be an opportunity to move into a permanent role in the business.

What experience/skills/attributes do you need?
• Minimum 2:1 degree (predicated or achieved) - any discipline
• Strong academic background.
• Experience of working in a Sales or Customer Service environment is preferable but not essential.
• Strong communication skills.
• Adaptable and resilient.
• Dedicated.
• Proactive and inquisitive.
• Committed to continuous professional development.
• Team player.
• Flexible to work in Ipswich or York for 3 months.

What will be interview process be?

The deadline for applications is 30th November 2018.

Assessment centres will be held in December.

2nd interviews will be held in December/January.
