Job type: ContractDuration: End of June 2019 (likely to be extended)

Location: East Croydon or Hatfield primarily (a 2 minute walk from the station), and infrequently Central London. There is also the likelihood that international travel will be required. Any travel to locations other than these (UK and international) will be expense covered. Opportunity to work from home on occasion, if preferred.

• Fast learner - pick up new concepts quickly
• Not shy to say "I do not know" or "I need help”
• Dependable and effective time keeping
• Willing to work late and weekends on rare occasions when approaching major deadlines
• Microsoft Office experienced (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• You must have an up-to-date LinkedIn profile
• Can-do attitude, team player and really fun to work with

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintaining and monitoring project plans (from project managers), resource hours, budgets and expenditure (multi-million pound programme of work)
• Organising, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
• Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
• Chasing project managers and ensuring project deadlines are met by them
• Determining project changes
• Providing administrative support as needed and undertaking project tasks as required
• Assist the Programme Director in all activities
• Attend Senior Executive sessions

Key Skills:
• Extremely presentable - smart, professional and well groomed
• Excellent oral communication skills - offering clear and succinct articulation, and professional vocabulary (English)
• Great command of written English
• Focused listener with an incredible attention to detail
• Fast typing skills
• Ability to juggle between multiple project managers simultaneously

Additional Skills:
• Additional languages are a bonus
• Microsoft OneNote
