We’re looking for exceptional graduates, real game changers, to join our Commercial Graduate Scheme.

The Scheme

2.5 years. 4 roles. The Commercial Graduate Development Scheme is designed to give you a taste of both Sales and Marketing, leaving you with the broad skill set you need to fast-track your Commercial career at RB. Specifically, rotations can expose you to the following areas:Field Sales; As part of your first rotation, you’ll be assigned a territory and form external customer relationships through regular store visits. Digital Placement; The digital revolution is changing the way consumers and customers think, act and behave. In this rotation you’ll get exposure to all things digital, such as media planning, working with key digital partners like Amazon, and establishing a creative hub.National Accounts; Here you’ll have full accountability for developing the strategic plan for your account to not only hit but exceed net revenue, gross margin and net working capital targets for your account portfolio. Marketing; You’ll be responsible for delivering key marketing activities and financial growth objectives for your assigned brands or brand segment.

About you

We’re looking for a passionate and ambitious individual with the ability to learn quickly and the desire to take on responsibility from day one. You’ll be a strong communicator with the personality to build strong relations with colleagues and to exert a positive influence on their business decisions. You’ll have the ability to think quickly and to apply your initiative and commercial mindset to solve problems.

Successful candidates will:

  • Have obtained a degree in any discipline
  • Be domestically mobile within the UK whilst on the scheme
  • Have the legal right to work in the EU
  • Have valid EU Driving License
  • Be able to start full time employment in September 2019
  • Be excited and driven to launch your career within a truly Global organisation!
