Customer Care Advisor – Ashford Call Centre – Focus House
You will be contracted for 20 hours, spread across 5 days a week which will include some weekend work on a rotation basis. The current shift pattern is Monday – Friday, 12pm –4pm, and a minimum of 1 Sunday in 4 (when working a day on the weekend, you will get a day off in the week) some flexibility is required as shifts may be changed with reasonable notice

As a Brakes Customer Care Advisor - non voice, you’ll be responsible for providing excellent customer service to existing customers, in a variety of forms - including Email Inbox responses, Spreadsheet input, Follow up calls to customers, post responses, and much more in accordance with the business development plan. You’ll assist in the achievement of the department’s targets and objectives, ensuring profitable sales growth is met / exceeded. You will also be responsible for responding to customer complaints/enquiries in accordance with established procedures and quality standards
You must have strong experience in the following:
*Attention to detail
*Updating spreadsheets and knowledge of using them
*High standard of written and verbal communication skills
