About Coram

Coram is the UK’s oldest children’s charity, helping vulnerable children and young people since 1739. Today, in the year we celebrate the 350th anniversary of the birth of our founder Thomas Coram, we help more than one million children, young people, families and professionals every year.

Coram's vision is that every child has the best possible chance to live a fulfilling life. We support children and young people from their earliest days to independence, creating a change that lasts a lifetime. We help build their confidence; we help them to develop skills; we uphold their rights and we find loving adoptive families for the most vulnerable.

About the Role

We are offering a paid internship to a recent graduate who is keen to apply and develop their skills to help change the lives of other young people.

The main focus of the role will be planning and producing digital content to promote Coram’s youth programmes and projects. This is a growing area of work enabling groups of young people from a variety of backgrounds, including those with care experience and those with experience of the immigration and asylum systems, to create tools to inspire others from similar backgrounds.

Working as a member of Coram’s busy communications team, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their experience across a range of areas including: content creation, design, social media, photography and film editing.
