Job Role: Technology sales Executive - Graduate Training

Location: Offices in London, and Manchester

Salary: £22.5 - 24k depending on experience (uncapped commission structure, expected 1st year earnings of £35-40k)

Established in 2012, our company is a huge Technology Company, specialising in offering technology solutions through an innovative app. Within the past 6 years they have built an impressive client base, with a demand for their products far greater than first expected.

Our client has big plans. Within the next year our client wants to double their UK team, and break into the international market with offices in Australia and the USA.

They need like-minded, driven and money hungry individuals to join their Sales team and aid them in this ambitious growth plan.

The Job

The first 12 weeks of joining the company as a Graduate sales executive will be spent working closely with one of the Senior Sales Directors. They will offer complete support and guidance, enabling you to become an expert in the 180 sales cycle. You will learn the following:

How to identify potential new clients

How to approach and network new clients to develop new leads and opportunities.

Set up meetings with potential new clients

Use excellent telephone and communication skills to build rapport with clients.

You will then move into the full 360 sales cycle and attend these meetings, execute and close deals and then manage and maintain client accounts.

Development and progression

Due to the growth plans of this company, the progression and development opportunities are huge. With a plan to break into the international market, you could also have the chance to travel and move with the company.

In sales you are rewarded for all the hard work you put in, and earn commission from each deal you close. There is no glass ceiling within the company and as you grow within the company and develop new business, your pay check will grow too. The rule is simple, the harder you work, the more money you will earn. Typical earnings for a Graduate Sales Executive are;

Year 1 - £35,000 OTE

Year 2 - £50,000 OTE

Year 3 - 65,000 OTE
