This school is looking to add additional support with the Maths department and have funding in place for a Learning Support Mentor. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious, well-educated graduate with a degree in Maths. This Learning Support Mentor role would suit an aspiring teacher as the experience gained across all key stages will be invaluable for any PGCE.
The role will be an important part of the Maths department working with students across KS3 and KS4. You will support learners at C/D grade borderline by helping with in class work and your own lessons designed in conjunction with the head of department.
This Maths graduate role is your chance to work as a Learning Support Mentor in a supportive and caring school located in Liverpool. You will work hand in hand with subject teachers and be key to the schools intervention strategy to ensure the best possible learning outcomes.
