This Graduate Physics Teaching Assistant vacancy will see the graduate supporting the teaching and learning of Physics up to GCSE, and supporting A-Level students with their specialism. As a Graduate Physics Teaching Assistant, you will be working with students both on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. Once settled comfortably into your new position as a Graduate Physics Teaching Assistant, you will be given the opportunity to help create learning materials and perhaps even deliver pre-planned lessons if you show the ability.

The successful Graduate Physics Teaching Assistant will be a graduate with at least a 2.2 in their degree. The school want to meet a personable and bright graduate who has previous experience working with secondary-aged students, either on a voluntary or paid basis. It is important for the school that they meet a success-driven Graduate Physics Teaching Assistant who will motivate and encourage students to achieve beyond their expected potential in Physics.
