Developer (Graduate)

As a Developer for one of the most successful providers of bespoke learning technologies in Europe, you will be given the opportunity to play an important role in its growth alongside your own. This rapidly growing business has developed award winning training for a large variety of clients using their innovation, technology and e-learning expertise. They are looking for a logical, inquisitive and forthright individual to help deliver creative and engaging learning platforms. Not just passionate about their clients, but also you - you will be given a day per quarter for a personal development course of your choice, design related or not!

The Role:

Actively taking part in bids and presentations to advise on the technical solutions available

Building cross-device and cross-browser solutions to ensure that solutions are compatible on multiple platforms

Designing with a focus on accessibility and usability so that the end user is actively engaged in the program

Developing interactive content and platforms across various technologies that will demonstrate the company's innovation

Taking responsibility for quality, testability and UX whilst contributing to project teams with the common goal of creating the best overall design

The Candidate:

Knowledge and experience of HTML, CSS, JavaScript will allow you to successfully contribute to project design and build from the get go

A minimum of a 2:1 degree in Computer Sciences or other relevant subject so that you can grasp both theory and execution

Logical technical skills to create standard coding that can be re-used and maintained rather than repetition for different projects

High attention to detail and design will mean you can create maximum engagement for the end user

Excellent time management and communication skills to ensure you have the ability to articulate issues and meet deadlines
