To be considered for this Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant opportunity you must have the following: *1st or 2:1 degree - Russell Group (preferable) in psychology or a core subject *A passion to support others *Prior school, education or tutoring experience would be preferred *Strong behaviour management

In this graduate primary teaching assistant role you would find yourself supporting a key stage 1 or 2 class teacher working with students on a 1:1 and group basis. You would be working with literacy and numeracy subjects so it is ideal that you are proficient in both English &; maths whilst showing a desire to communicate and engage students in their work.
It would be ideal if you had a psychology or core degree from a reputable university, display a passion for your education, and communicate clearly with both students and staff whilst imposing a proactive approach within lessons. It would be ideal if you had some experience working within an educational setting previously and are considering a role in education as a teacher or psychologist in the future.
