Salary: Up to £15,500 per annum ,30 days holiday + benefits
Contract: Permanent + Temporary
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Start Dates: Various start dates available throughout November and December 2018
Shifts: Rotational 5 out of 6 days a week. Between the opening hours of 8am – 8pm Monday – Saturday Full Flexibility required.

We are recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to work at our Airdrie contact centre on behalf of one of the UKs leading dairy business. We are looking for candidates from all types of background who have great customer service skills. This is a perfect opportunity if you are a graduate or School leaver and looking for work leading up Christmas and into the New Year.
We will provide you with full training so you can deliver first class customer service support and taking orders, via voice and email, to new and existing customers. You will provide exceptional levels of customer’s service, assisting with various enquiries, including the on-boarding of new customers and managing retention activities to retain existing.
