We are looking for a confident and motivated Sales Development Representative to join our new sales team. We are Advance.Careers, a start up tech company with the ambition to accelerate the growth of automation in the Recruitment industry. Based in the West End we operate in an agile work space, a hub for new start ups and bright minds. 

You will be joining at a very early stage in our development and the Sales Development Representative will have the opportunity to be a future leader with the business. 

The Role 

  • Reporting into the Head of Sales, the SDR will be given the training and tools to be a success in sales
  • A great work ethic and can-do attitude are attributes of a successful Sales Development Rep
  • Generating leads and opening conversations for meetings and demonstrations 
  • Great communication skills will enable you to engage with C – Suite clients
  • Working to KPI’s and objectives to achieve short, mid and long terms goals, you will quickly develop your sales skills and commercial acumen
  • Being a start up we boast a collaborative and people first culture and you must be willing to help the team outside of the job spec

The Person

  • Your outgoing personality and confident people skills will help you open conversations with a variety of clients. From HR, internal recruiters, hiring managers and Directors 
  • A desire to achieve targets will help you take on the responsibilities needed to be a success
  • Your ability to learn and apply as well as bringing ideas to the table will help you thrive in achieving sales and growth. 
  • Willingness to be on the phone and capabilities to research and identify target audiences will go a long way to progressing with Advance.Careers
