Marketing and Communications Manager/Co-ordinator

Comprised of leading figures from the worlds of trade finance and corporate technology, our client was founded in 2016 with the intent of reimagining the paper-based processes that underpin trade finance. Their scalable platform uses proprietary Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology to accurately digitise documents into a readable format and then applies machine learning algorithms to scrutinise for compliance with international trading rules and regulations. Their unique AI-powered products reduce the costs, complexities and timescales of trade finance processing for banks and large corporations. They have a diverse group of people around the world from seasoned veterans with 20+ years’ experience in Finance and Technology alongside interns who are just starting out and exploring the FinTech space. It is one of the reasons why our client work so well. They aim to grow together as a team and company, not just as individuals.
Our Client is looking for a marketing professional to join their team in London. You will be working on a variety of interesting and challenging projects and engaging with stakeholders across multiple levels across the business. You will be exposed to all areas, from press releases to social media analysis. You will be communicating with external journalists and clients; as well as their internal teams; and have the opportunity to help establish the marketing and communications strategy. This will include:
- Researching industry news and competitor activities
- Developing and monitoring social media channels
- Monitoring key performance indicators
- Providing general operational support
Requirements of a Marketing and Communications Manager
- Deep understanding of the brand management
- Developing a consistent marketing strategy with segment specific tactics
- Proactive team player able to juggle multiple priorities
- Ability to work in fast paced Agile Teams
- Understanding tools that are available in the marketplace to assist you and the teams communicate effectively
This is a permanent role based at their offices in London, with salary up to £25k based on experience.
