£22,500 per annum

As an Instructional Designer for one of the most successful providers of bespoke learning technologies in Europe, you will be given the opportunity to play an important role in it's growth alongside your own. This rapidly growing business has developed award winning training for a large variety of clients using their innovation, technology and e-learning expertise. They are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and proactive individual to lead development and delivery of training courses and business communications from their Borough offices. Not just passionate about their clients, but also you - you will be given a day per quarter for personal development courses of your choice!

The Role:

Working closely in a consultative manner with the sales team to understand and take accurate briefs for upcoming projects

Developing a narrative for each project, including storyboarding the design that it will take (photo, video, animation etc.) to set the structure and tone

Regularly liaising with clients as the project goes on to attain content and feedback

Project management to oversee the delivery with the development team as the Instructional Designer; your eyes will be closest to the content to keep the brief on track and guarantee its quality

Managing multiple projects at once, maintaining a professional yet assertive manner to ensure that the projects are completed to schedule

The Candidate:

A minimum of a 2:1 degree in either a creative or psychological field so that you can develop engaging content related to human behaviours and learning

A creative flair and experience of storyboarding, content creation or similar will enable you to build an engaging narrative within your projects with ease

A confident and decisive attitude as you will be responsible for multiple projects at one time with a variety of creative teams

Excellent organisation and communication skills will allow you to comfortably manage expectations and delivery across different projects, teams and clients

Highly literate with a good eye for detail so you are able to constantly check quality as the projects take shape
