Our full time analyst and associate programmes are perfect for anyone ready to start work after graduating from University. The programmes’ content and structure varies by business but all offer formal, ongoing training and development opportunities, performance evaluations, mentoring support and networking opportunities to supplement your on the job learning and experiences.

We offer two levels of entry:

  • Analyst - Typically you will be studying towards a bachelor or master’s degree.
  • Associate – Suitable for those who have a MBA, or in some instances, a PhD or other equivalent advanced degree.

How to apply and what to expect

  • Apply online: campus.bankofamerica.com when applications open in August
  • Assessments for Analyst Internship and Full Time programmes take place on a rolling basis throughout the year
  • The online process for most programmes has two stages and both must be completed before the application deadline.

Stage 1: Complete an online application form, competency questions and upload your CV
Stage 2: Take the online situational judgment test

Successful candidates will then be invited to an assessment centre for competency-based exercises

If you are applying for a place on a full time programme, the assessment may include an initial telephone interview
