To be considered for this Maths graduate role you must have the following:
- Maths degree highly desirable – strong Maths A Level may be considered
- A passion to support others
- Prior school, education or tutoring experience would be preferred
This Maths Tutor role would see you working with pupils in within the classroom supporting them with their classwork and exam preparation. In addition to this, you will be working alongside the class teacher to prepare resources and deliver elements of the lesson to develop your skills and knowledge of teaching.
You will need to display a motivated, engaging and patient manner throughout this role and be proactive to ensure the students are fully supported to achieve their potential. You should be able to display good communication skills as you will have to liaise between both students and class teachers and be proactive and flexible to ensure this department continues its success.
