Associate Recruitment Consultant – Recruitment – The Company

You will be joining a company that has expanded year on year for the past decade. Their turnover has tripled over the past three years and their offices now span globally across 30 locations. They recruit within 12 specialist divisions, helping UK and International offices recruit the most talented candidates on the market.

During the first 9 months, you will experience every aspect of the recruitment role and will work alongside industry specialists who will assist you in your training. The company will also provide you with a bespoke training plan that will be tailored to your personal learning and goals.

Associate Recruitment Consultant – Recruitment – The Benefits

  • Base salary of £22,000 - £26,000 – OTE Year 1 £45,000
