About the programme
On this two-year programme, your time will be divided across three separate placements. You’ll gain an understanding of the challenges of running a global network, learn the importance of customers within Customs and help to co-ordinate various teams to achieve our goals in Export. Using measurement tools, you will evaluate the ongoing performance of your department and your IT skills will help you produce relevant and clear data to present to stakeholders.
We’ll give you hands-on responsibility from the moment you start, as well as formal leadership development. It’s all about developing your skills, raising your strategic awareness and showing you how to build the foundations for a great career. Our highly experienced managers will set you performance goals and while we expect you to use your initiative and champion your own development, you’ll also benefit from the guidance and support you’ll need from a buddy, mentor and people partners to build a successful career at the top of our business.
Graduates are located within teams in London and Heathrow and if you need to relocate, we offer some financial support and time off to move as part of our relocation policy. All our Graduates receive generous benefits, which include an annual bonus (depending on personal and company performance), a pension plan with company contribution; a business laptop and phone, and much more.
