A renowned educational publisher based in Oxford is looking for an administrator to support their strategy team which evaluates the impact of their educational products. This is a busy and exciting role and an ideal opportunity for an editorial assistant, marketing assistant or administrator to join a leading publisher.

Key duties:

  • Provide administrative support to the team and track budgets
  • Coordinate, monitor and track tasks, creating documentation and following best work practices
  • Liaise with all stakeholders, colleagues, suppliers and freelancers
  • Implement communication plan, ensuring it is optimised
  • Edit and proofread documents
  • Draft reports and monitor competition

Experience / sklls required:

  • Some experience as an editorial assistant, marketing assistant or administrator is desirable
  • Experience working in a project team is a bonus
  • Excellent organisation with the ability juggle and prioritise workload to meet tight deadlines
  • Solid communication and written skills with a keen eye for detail
  • A proactive and problem-solving approach to work
  • A professional, diplomatic and flexible attitude
  • Strong IT skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
