We are looking for an individual that can deliver a 10 out of 10 customer service to our clients. As a renowned agency, the way our clients are communicated to and helped along their journey as a client is incredibly important to us and our clients. You must understand the importance on over-delivering the most incredible user experience to clients through exceptional verbal and written communication.
This role is ideal for a candidate that has a keen website / technical / design interest and passion and has demonstrated this in some way - even through a hobby.
Managing website and maintenance updates via WordPress.
Escalating complex website updates with the development team, and reporting back to the client right through to completion.
Learning about user interface and homepage design.
Making graphical amendments using Photoshop, Illustrator and inDesign.
Answering phones and attending to client queries.
Helping the business development team with assisted tasks such as sending out clients gifts and other marketing mailings.
Updating social media accounts and planning content.
Attending key exhibitions and conferences (this can include weekends and evenings) and helping setup our stand.
You must be a disciplined individual keen to grow as a person and part of a team.
Your written and spoken English must be very good.
As this is a client facing role, you should ensure that you present yourself in a professional manner and attire.
Personal traits desired:
Punctuality is the most important thing at Digimax when it comes to demonstrating discipline.
You must demonstrate your commitment to time management.
Enjoy and have a passion for creativity, due to the design nature of the role.
Minimum grade C-A* (or 4-9) in five GCSE, including Maths and English (or Functional Skills level 2 in both).
Good knowledge of IT packages e.g Microsoft Office, Google Docs/Sheets etc.
Level 3 qualification (BTEC, NVQ or equivalent).
Training to be provided:
1. Training on the 18 months, Level 3 Digital Marketing qualification.
2. Being a WhiteHat apprentice means access to awesome social events, sports teams, insight/career days with other apprentices to grow your network, as well as your own personal Coach who will guide you through the qualification to help you achieve your full potential.
3. As part of your WhiteHat Apprenticeship, you will have access to our Future Leaders Foundation modules to develop 6 key competencies, underpinned by well-being, self-awareness, motivation, conscientiousness, effectiveness and grit.
After your Digital Marketing apprenticeship, you will received a Level 3 Standard Digital Marketing qualification. With this, you will be able progress into any of the following:
A Junior Specialist,
Social Media creator,
Digital Marketing Associate,
Communications & PR,
Data & Insights Analysis (SEO, PPC).
Working hours: 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday
Apprenticeship duration: 18 months
