For this Physics Academic Mentor role the school are looking for a graduate from a good university with a 2:2 or above in a Physics degree.

Physics is often recognised as involving difficult to understand concepts for many pupils, therefore this school need extra support from a subject specialist to provide the focsued learning pupils need to succeed in their exams. You will be expected to lead small intervention groups as well as lead 1:1 sessions for both struggling and high achieving pupils.
