Our client is a global company focused on providing business-to-business information on the global financial community. They provide multi brand information including critical data price reporting, insight, analysis and world renowned events to financial services, commodities, telecoms and legal markets

Their portfolio includes brands such as Euromoney, Metal Bulletin, American Metal Market, Insurance Insider, and Mining INDABA.

This is an internship role for 6 months offering £20K pro rata with no opportunity for a permanent roleKey Responsibilities of the role
Supporting the team with a broad range of company secretarial and administrative work to promote good corporate governance, legal and regulatory compliance and effective assistance to the Group’s Board of DirectorsDay-to-day activities will include...
  • Statutory record keeping and regulatory filings
  • Assisting with the Group’s regulatory obligations
  • Supporting the team with preparation for Board and Committee meetings
  • Shareholder relations
      • Review and update investor relations website
      • Assist with drafting ancillary AGM documentation and organisation of the meeting
      • Respond to shareholder enquiries and liaise with registrars
  • Support with the production of the Annual Report
  • Assist with the administration of the Group’s trademark portfolio
  • Ad hoc matters
    • Managing payment of invoices
    • Assist with transactional projects (e.g. acquisitions and disposals) and departmental initiatives
    • Filing

  • Legal degree, or simialr
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Highly organised
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Capacity to build relationships at all levels
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
